Lack of sleep

Study shows that people who sleep less that 6hours per night have increase risk of dying prematurely researchers said.


"If you sleep little, you can develop diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol",

I feel like im one of them.work at night,sleep a few hours and back to work again..
