Lost track of time.

On fri night,16/7. It was 3am in the morning just came back from JB. Went home. Wash my feet and face then went to my room, check email. Then I felt sleepy..went to sleep.. In the middle of the sleep I woke up..which was like at 730.. Feeling fresh,as if u were sleeping for long hours..Then i say to myself " alamak,tk go solat lagi". Wake up,bath. As I came out of the shower I heard my dad voice which wasn't normal cause he always be home late after work then I ask "siang balik?" then my dad reply " belom lagi pergi." then I was like huh??.. Run to my room, Then I see my phone. It stated 16/7 time 7.45am. Then I was like in shock for a moment..must be kidding me,thought it was just another dream or something.. Then I was like headache.. Pantat. Then I got hungry eat and watch t.v. Until fri prayers..then work till 6am. It means I slept for a few hours and lost track of time. Scary feeling. Have you felt that way before?...
